I had one of the best experiences ever at Gregg Young Chevrolet. My original sales rep was Mike, but he was unable to be there due to a funeral which is perfectly understood. In his stead was Dallas. When I arrived to the lot I was immediately greeted. I was also brought a beverage and before I could sit in the waiting area, my vehicle was parked out and ready for me to test drive. Dallas made sure everything was lined up perfectly for me. He answered all of my questions before I could even ask. After my test drive we started the paperwork and from there Dallas got us some lunch. Before we could finish eating all of the paperwork was done and all we needed to do was sign and drive off the lot. This experience was quick and seamless because of Dallas and the amazing Finance team.

firstly, they have this new camera right when you drive in the garage that takes pictures of your entire car - undercarriage, tires, and exterior. it tells you exactly what your tread is and if they see any damages to the vehicle or leaks from underneath. i thought that was beyond cool. they got my car in right away, i got an update within 3 hours. and it was done by end of the day. i had a previous bad experience with another chevy dealer and this was 10000% better. they kept me updated and i loved that they not only call, but text. i also thought it was very convenient that i was able to approve services via a link they texted me!

Brandon was very good and kept me informed about my car while it was in the shop. I appreciate the care you gave my Corvette while it was having a new battery put in.

Great assistance from service advisor Doug Banks, everyone I came into contact with in Gregg Young's service department was polite and courteous.

He's a relatable and professional individual that was integral to ensuring I was informed on my 2022 chevy malibu. I would definitely recommend going to Greg Young Chevrolet and Make sure you go to Zane Kern. He and the team at Young helped me, and were as kind as care bears lol. Great folks! And make sure to try Corvette Cafe while there food is delicious!

Getting there someone came asked for my info and said what was going to happen and approximately what time they would be done! The associate took us to the lodge area, it was clean and neat we could access laptops and tv if we wanted! But it didn’t take long he explained everything and I paid! He was nice guy, walked me out and everything I really appreciate the little details! Looking forward to my next visit, they even had a food stand! It must be good people were coming there left and right, the associates behind the counter were very friendly! I had already ate breakfast, but if you go I would give them a try!
