    Brought the car in on a Friday at 1PM, because had lost power on Dodge Street. Limped it into GY Chevrolet, and they were very nice to do a quick diagnostic and let me know it would take a few days. From the greeting by Julia, to the diagnostic by Cody, to my service representative, Hunter, things went smoothly. After a minor hiccup, Brandon Webb, Service Manager ensured a flawless repair and was an excellent way to finish up the entire process. I completely understand, why Brandon is the Service Manager. His customer service was on FULL display, and the results matched his leadership.

    Brought my truck in for a AC issue. I made the appointment on July 14 and the soonest they could get me in was July 27th. Needed a new compressor to fix AC problem. It worked for one day and then I had no AC again. Now I have to wait until August 12 to get it back in the shop.
