I was in and out in under1hr. I received frequent messages on my phone as to how the service was progressing.

Sales folks were excellent. Landon was awfully helpful and Roger was knowledgeable regarding the details for which I was seeking. Rodney and Steve were also both helpful. Rodney assisting with financing and Steve demonstrating the features of the vehicle. However, Ally friggin" knocked it out of the park! She researched my existing insurance and provided a quick estimate to match my current needs. And she saved me a little money for the year. She was the hero of the sale.

Professionalism and efficiency.

Robert was great. Rather not comment on anything else, would it matter. Probably not.

My repair/maintenance requests were completed on time.

The service department is very responsive to needs and treats me with respect. Keenan is the person in the business.

It was very convenient to have my oil changed and stop in for some lunch! it was great lunch, food, environment but most of all the amazing cooks in the kitchen! The food came out in decent time; the truck came out as soon as I finished my last bite. My Truck was tuned up and treated with the upmost care! The tecs came to me in the food lounge and gave me a full run down of their process and what needed done with the truck! Very easy process even when I made a mistake and booked an appointment at the wrong place, and they still got me in within the hour!

Terrible like always I had to call every time when I take my truck in. No one updates you on progress. Kody went 2 days with out contacting me. I even called to have him call me never heard nothing!
